What You Can Expect

Structured Progression, Full-Body Workouts, Increased Strength & Endurance.

Program Goals

You will perform progressively challenging exercises that will develop full-body strength. There will be a special emphasis on core, legs, upper body, and full body power.

Efficient Workouts

Each session lasts between 45-60 minutes, offering a great balance between intensity and recovery time—ideal for individuals with busy schedules.

Flexibility & Accessibility:

No gym membership or extensive equipment required. Just two kettlebells and a heavier bell—whether at home or in the park, you’re good to go.

Equipment needed
  • 1 pair of Kettlebells that you can press overhead for 8-10 reps.
  • A single Kettlebell that is heavier (about 15-20 pounds heavier than your pair).

The equipment above is all you will need to complete each workout, making it perfect for home workouts or those with limited space.

What You Can Expect

8-Week Strong Mom

This 8-week program combines pelvic floor, deep core, and traditional strength training exercises to help you reconnect with your body, postpartum—whether it’s been 6 months or 2 years. This program is designed to help you feel like yourself again. You’ve given so much to your family; now it’s time for self-care!

A simple, at-home approach to mobility! This program is designed to build you a solid foundation of the basics before progressing to strength through new ranges of motion!

Each session should take no more than 60 minutes to complete. It is meant to challenge your body through new ranges of motion, without too much intensity.
