Full body Shred 3.0
Whether you're new to kettlebells or an experienced lifter, this 8-week program will adapt to your skill level and help you achieve your goals of fat loss, muscle gain, and improved strength. Get ready to challenge yourself and see noticeable changes in both your physique and athleticism.
8 Weeks (4 workouts per week)
Structured Progression, Full-Body Workouts, Increased Strength & Endurance.
You will perform progressively challenging exercises that will develop full-body strength. There will be a special emphasis on core, legs, upper body, and full body power.
Each session lasts between 45-60 minutes, offering a great balance between intensity and recovery time—ideal for individuals with busy schedules.
No gym membership or extensive equipment required. Just two kettlebells and a heavier bell—whether at home or in the park, you’re good to go.
- 1 pair of Kettlebells that you can press overhead for 8-10 reps.
- A single Kettlebell that is heavier (about 15-20 pounds heavier than your pair).
The equipment above is all you will need to complete each workout, making it perfect for home workouts or those with limited space.
Elements: iron & Sand
Elements will give you the time and opportunity to become stronger and more proficient on Kettlebell & Sandbag training while getting the best shape of your life! This program is suitable for motivated beginners as well as advanced Kettlebell & Sandbag athletes who are looking for a greater challenge.
12-Week program with three 4 week training blocks.
4 Workouts per week with Warm Ups & Cooldowns included.
- 1 pair of Kettlebells that you can overhead press for 10 reps.
- A single Kettlebell that is heavier than the pair mentioned above.
- 1 Strongman style Sandbag weighing approximately 1/3-1/2 your bodyweight.
8-Week Strong Mom
This 8-week program combines pelvic floor, deep core, and traditional strength training exercises to help you reconnect with your body, postpartum—whether it’s been 6 months or 2 years. This program is designed to help you feel like yourself again. You’ve given so much to your family; now it’s time for self-care!
8 weeks
Weeks 1-4: 3 full body days, weeks 4-8: 3 workouts (leg, push & pull)
Intermediate or once cleared for exercise postpartum.
Rebuild your core and strength to make every movement—workout or daily life—feel easier, while addressing common postpartum issues like diastasis recti, incontinence, pelvic pain, and low back pain.

Run Far & Lift Heavy
Welcome to your 8-week journey of building strength and endurance. This program levels you up with a hybrid approach, combining kettlebell strength training and running. It is suitable for all fitness levels, and will help you develop full body strength, while building stamina and endurance!

3 strength days 3 run days 1 rest day
All levels
Build strength and muscle while increasing endurance
- 1 pair of Kettlebells that you can overhead press for 10 reps.

2 phases - 3 weeks each with 3 sessions per week (Upper, Lower, Full Body)
Each session should take no more than 60 minutes to complete. It is meant to challenge your body through new ranges of motion, without too much intensity.
Our goal is to help you master bodyweight movements and build strength through full ranges of motion before progressing to loaded mobility weight!
